PLAYWRIGHT:
A CLASS OF THEIR OWN (2013)- A period-drama set in the early 1900's focusing on a romance between stately, upper-class Sebastian Manterville and his lover, lower-class housekeep Elenora.
ONCE UPON A VERY ODD TIME (2012)- This play (written long before the television series Once Upon A Time) was a pantomime that saw all the legendary females from fairy-tales (Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, etc) team up to save their husbands when they are caught by an evil alliance of panto villains (Maleficent, Jafar, etc).
THE IN CROWD (2010)- This competition winning play was a high-school based comedy with a classic "don't judge a book by its cover" message at its core. The play told the story of ugly-duckling Jean, who wants nothing more to feel popular but when she asks the most popular girl in school for help, things soon start to go wrong.
MOCKINGBIRD (2006)- A moving drama told in reverse-timeline order explaining why a coma-bound woman finds herself alone at the end of her life. Co-written with Hannah O'Connell, Esther Dix and Hannah Glancy.
INSPECTOR JENKINS: MURDER AT THE MANSION (2005)- Ben's first play was a murder-mystery. When a dinner party is held at Hollowville Mansion, its owner Richard Hollow meets a grisly demise at the hands of one of his guests. Inspector David Jenkins and his protégée Bob are brought in to solve the case as quickly as possible.
